The derusting function of the ultrasonic cleaning machine is mainly to convert electric energy into mechanical kinetic energy through the transducer, radiate ultrasonic waves into the liquid in the tank through the cleaning tank. And then conduct high-frequency impact on the surface of the object through the cavitation generated by the liquid medium. This impact will basically not cause damage to the body. Scope of application of ultrasonic cleaning machine for rust removal:

Industrial industry: degreasing and derusting of various parts, cleaning of measuring instruments, degreasing and derusting of auto parts and engines, removal of antirust grease, degreasing, derusting and rust prevention of various parts of locomotive, etc.

Usage of ultrasonic cleaning machine for rust removal:

1. Plug in the power supply, check whether the display is normal, confirm that the machine is powered on, the power indicator light is on, and the display screen of the display panel is on;
2. Add cleaning fluid into the inner tank of the machine, and put the cleaning blue containing items into the inner tank of the machine;
3. Set the cleaning time and press start;
4. If heating is used, press the temperature switch to turn on the heating after setting the temperature;
5. After cleaning, turn off the power and unplug the power cord of the machine, dispose of the cleaning fluid in the tank of the machine, wipe it clean, and put it away.

Precautions for the use of ultrasonic cleaning machine for rust removal:

Before connecting the power supply, please make sure whether the voltage is within the rated range. Do not modify the product!

Before use, ensure that the ground wire is reliably connected to prevent static electricity.

It is recommended to suspend the machine for a period of time (usually more than 3 minutes) after working for one hour before starting the machine.

Please do not use in the environment with too high or too low temperature.
Please do not use in the environment with strong vibration or impact.
Please do not use in the presence of corrosive gas or dust.
Please do not use it in the environment with water, oil and chemicals splashing.
Please do not use this machine in an environment with flammable and explosive gases.

It is forbidden to start the machine when there is no cleaning fluid in the cleaning tank.

Start the heating function, and the liquid in the cleaning tank shall not be less than 2/3 of the height of the tank in the cleaning tank; Without turning on the heating function, the liquid in the cleaning tank shall not be less than 1/2 of the high-precision section in the cleaning plant.

When using flammable and volatile liquids (such as alcohol, board washing water, etc.) for cleaning. It is strictly prohibited to heat up!
